BODHAK course provides knowledge and ability to conduct the PoornaYoga Program in academic and spiritual institutions using the G-Education model. This course is fully automated with free E-Classes and flexible schedule. Participants can enrol by filling the registration form and start going through the course at their convenience. BODHAK course has 4 parts and it can be completed in 4 weeks. However, participants can choose to do it faster in 2 weeks or slower in 8 weeks period from the date of commencement. After completing the course participants should email their credentials to receive the GitaVidya Saha-BODHAK certificate.
Anyone with basic knowledge of English and passion for teaching can become a GitaVidya Saha-BODHAK.
The course will systematically explain the PoornaYoga course curriculum and course delivery process. You will learn how to conduct the PoornaYoga course using the G-Education tools.
After completing the course, you will receive a GitaVidya Saha-BODHAK certificate and guidance to conduct PoornaYoga Program in academic institutions and spiritual organisations.

GitaVidya BODHAK course has four parts. Each part has an E-Class followed by a self-assessment test. The key aspect of the course is to conduct a pilot course and submit the report at the end of the course. The unique aspect of the course is its flexible schedule. The course should be completed in minimum two weeks or maximum eight weeks from the date of enrolment.
When you answer the self-assessment, it is mandatory to enter your name and email ID exactly same as you entered in the registration form. The assessment is based on the information provided in the E-Class videos. You may refer the E-class and your class notes while answering the self-assessment quiz. Questions are in the form of multiple choice or match the following. Each right answer carries 2 points. Please keep trying until you answer all questions correctly. You can exit the quiz page at any time and revisit the same again. The quiz page is saved automatically. You can click the score link to revisit the quiz page and continue answering. After you answer or modify all questions, please click the submit button to finish the quiz.
A practical assignment needs to be done simultaneously with E-Classes. The practical assignment aims to build the competence to conduct the PoornaYoga program. As part of the assignment a pilot course needs to be conducted to a group of 6 to 12 students. To begin with you shall download the course calendar from the DEHA course page of this website. Schedule the classes for the Lesson 1 - The Nature of the DEHA course. Conduct the course either online or directly in a classroom setup. Follow the guidelines provided at the end of this page to complete the assignment.
In this part of the course, we highlight the role and responsibilities of the GitaVidya BODHAK. We discuss the highlights of the PoornaYoga Program and its structure. We explain the G-Education model and its key features. We layout the plan of action and present the guidelines for conducting the PoornaYoga Program.
DEHA course highlights the principles of sound body. It explains the Material and Psychic aspects of the human body in 6 lessons. First three lessons describe the elements of nature followed by the characteristics of the human body and mind. Next three lessons describe the sensory objects followed by the ways of controlling the senses and the consequences of sense gratification. In this course the participants shall learn the following. The basis of human existence on earth. The three kinds of food and their influence on the human body. The three main characteristics of the human mind. The two broad ways of conducting life in the material world. The characteristics of a balanced consciousness. The cause and effect of mental stress.
GNANA course highlights the principles of sound mind. It presents the Physical, Social, Occupational, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual dimensions of the eternal wisdom from Shrimad Bhagavad-Gita. First three dimensions describe the aspects of human endeavour in the material world. Next three dimensions describe the aspects of human evolution in the psychic world. In this course the participants shall learn the following. The three types of actions and the fruits of such actions. The four-fold social order on the basis of human character and action. The three types of people based on their actions and determination. Austerities of mind and the three types of minds. Factors of emotional equilibrium. The four forms of worship and three kinds of worshippers.
YOGA course highlights the principles of pure soul. The body is our material identity and the soul is our spiritual identity. Union of both is Yoga and there are four paths for Yoga namely Karma, Gnana, Dhyana and Bhakti. Karma yoga describes the path of action, Gnana yoga describes the path of knowledge, Dhyana yoga describes the path of meditation and Bhakti yoga describes the path of devotion in the pursuit of union of body and soul. In this course the participants shall learn the following. The doctrine of rebirth and reincarnation. The law of Karma and its five factors. The principle of Gnana and its components. The process of Dhyana and its essentials. The practice of Bhakti and its methods.
The GitaVidya BODHAK course shall be complete after submitting the photos of the pilot course conducted to a group of students. The pilot course can be conducted in a classroom or online environment. To begin with you shall download the course calendar from the DEHA course page of the website. Conduct the Lesson 1. The Nature of the DEHA course by scheduling the date and time for each of the three parts. • Each lesson has three parts. BODHAK conducts one part per week followed by the project work in the fourth week.
• BODHAK shall randomly check the workbooks of the students to ensure the timely completion of homework.
• Students scan QR codes given in the textbook to see the guided chanting videos and practice shloka recitation.
• They fill colours to the graphic illustrations given in the workbook and copy-write shlokas from the textbook.
• They scan the QR code given in the workbook to watch the E-Class video and write the summary of shlokas.
• Students are grouped into small teams with 3 students in each team. Project-work copies are given to all students.
• Students work in teams and make a collective presentation of their project-work on the 4th week in the class.
• The BODHAK or a fellow team can evaluate the project using the grading scale given on the project page.
Transliteration textbooks, guided recitation videos and E-Learning videos are available for free with the workbooks. The workbooks can be purchased from the “Publications” page of this website. Workbooks enhance the learning experience by engaging the students with various learning activities. PoornaYoga textbooks and workbooks have unique QR codes on every page. Each QR code is linked with specific E-Learning video related to that specific page’s content. You can scan the QR code using a smart phone or a tablet to access the E-Learning videos anytime and any number of times. Subtitles can be viewed in multiple languages by adjusting the YouTube settings.
Gita Vidya Program is designed and developed by Mr. Gopi V. Prasad in three parts namely the DEHA, GNANA and YOGA to highlight the principles of sound body, sound mind and pure soul respectively. After going through various translations of Bhagavad-Gita, he did the graphic interpretation of 140 shlokas under 17 thematic topics. Gopi has an MBA in Global Management from the Bremen University of Applied Sciences, Germany. He serves as faculty to academic and spiritual institutions in India, Europe and America. His experience in the field of Education has led to the creation of the G-Education model, which he applies in the development and dissemination of structured learning programs such as this one. His interests include writing, singing and drawing. Gopi is involved in community service and voluntarily supports the social and spiritual organizations in India and Europe. He is the recipient of the Sri Sardar Patel Award in the year 2010.
